Pasta Dough Sheeter

Pasta dough sheeters or laminators are ideal for the restaurant who wants to make pasta dough and then roll it out into a variety of long pasta shapes. The pasta dough is passed through the sheeter numerous times; each time the thickness is reduced, creating a long, thin pasta sheet. This process is called ‘laminating’. The Sirman Sansone will effortlessly make pasta sheets for lasagne, and the pasta sheets can also be cut into strips. Pappardelle, fettuccine and chittara can all be made this way.
