Pasta dough sheeters or pasta laminators are ideal for the restaurant who wants to make pasta dough and then roll it out into a variety of long pasta shapes. The pasta dough is passed through the sheeter numerous times; each time the thickness is reduced, creating a long, thin pasta sheet. This process is called ‘laminating’.
