Italgi Estro is a pasta machine suitable for restaurants, hotels, communities, canteens, bakeries and food shops.
It makes a lot of different shapes and sizes of fresh pasta like spaghetti, bucatini, fusilli, maccheroni, tagliatelle, etc. With a special die it also makes pasta sheets for lasagne and hand cut ravioli. The Estro makes around 10kg pasta per hour.
The machine is very easy to use and service, thanks to the simple and reliable mechanics and the compact electronic panel. In order to keep the machine in the best hygienic conditions and make it last longer, the kneading bin, the worm gear, the mixing arm and the body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The absence of groves where food residuals can hide make cleaning very quick as well. For user safety, every potentially harmful part of the machine have suitable safety protection.
The standard equipment includes the electronic cutter for short pasta (like fusilli, gnocchetti, rigatoni, etc).

- Adjustable pasta sheet die.
- Special teflon dies.
The Estro pasta machine can be used together with Italgi ravioli machine ‘Dupla’.
